ERRATA

In addition to Manager users any user with the QA role enabled in their user profile, can approve an errata request.

To ensure flexibility during reconciliation issues, all active users that belong to the same Group as the original user can Request ERRATA status for a document. 

Administrators, Errata Requesters, and current Errata Reviewers can now reassign errata requests to another eligible reviewer.

The Errata Reviewer who accepted an errata request can revert that decision and reject an accepted request

MSI

Improved UI within the virtual printer pop-up so the end user can see the print status of a print job.

Improved error handling when using the virtual printer; the virtual printer will advise the end user on why they are unable to print and provide basic troubleshooting tips.

Managers can view all items pending Errata review from their Task List as well as in Action Required

MSI

Users will be able to see 5 fields around Barcode and also the "Print next to barcode" option is also possible these 5 fields.

In addition, when exporting Printed Documents, users will be able to export Category field values as well. 

It is now possible to configure fonts either to be Arial or Calibri and size either 8, 9 or 10 for fields getting printed next to barcode in UI.

ERRATA

Users can request ERRATA for documents that have a Not Reconciled or Partly Reconciled status.

The ERRATA status can also be used for a document that needs to be invalidated.

Bulk Reconciliation

To save time documents (including PDFs) can be reconciled in bulk, up to 50 documents at a time.

MSI

The MSI will be valid for all Scilife environments, and it will be possible for specify a URL prefix.

Additional language configurations are also now available.

Orphaned Documents

A specific timeframe can be configured for orphaned documents in your module settings.
