Can I define a time frame for orphaned documents?

To define a timeframe for orphaned documents follow these steps listed:

  1. Go to Print & Reconciliation > Module Settings.
  2. Select the number of months required from the dropdown
  3. Save your changes.

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers
  Please note:
  • The orphaned document timeframe is configurable from 12 - 100 months.
  • The default timeframe is 24 months.
  • Orphaned documents are documents that are not fully reconciled.
