Once the ERRATA request as been submitted the document will show as in ERRATA Requested, and once approved it will show as ERRATA.
All active users that belong to the same Group as the original user can Request ERRATA status for a document. Read-only users are excluded and Regular Users must also be defined as a QA User in their user settings.
It is only possible to request ERRATA for Only documents in a Not Reconciled or Partly Reconciled status.
- Go to the Controlled Print List listing page.
- From the item you want to request ERRATA for, select Request ERRATA from the Action box.
- Select the User who should verify the request.
- Provide a Description to support your request.
- If required, include a deviation reference (perhaps the request is linked to an Event/ CAPA).
- Click Submit.
- If the request was submitted successfully a pop-up will appear to let you know.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users
Please note: The user selected for the ERRATA request will need to be a Manager User or a QA User and belong to the same Group as the user who is raising the ERRATA request.
ERRATA cannot be requested for orphaned documents or for documents where the user does not belong to the same Group as the original user that printed it.
