If a user has requested the ERRATA status for a document and selected you as the Manager approver you will receive an email notification asking you to approve/ reject.
However, these requests will also be visible in your Dashboard under Action Required.
Furthermore, you can head to the All Errata Request section. If you have any pending Errata Requests they will be listed here:
