Errata Reviewer can reject an already accepted Errata Request

  • Updated

The Errata Reviewer who accepted an errata request can revert that decision and reject an accepted request

This action requires a reason and an electronic signature, and restores the printout to the status it had before the errata request was raised.

The option is only available to the corresponding Errata Reviewer and can be accessed from the Controlled Print List, Printout Detail Sidebar, or All Errata Requests view.

The audit trail records the action, the user who performed the action, timestamp, and reason, as it is currently implemented when an errata request is rejected.

  1. Go to All ERRATA Requests.
  2. From the Action dropdown select Reject Errata Request to open the pop-up.
  3. Add a Remarks/ Reason for rejecting an already approved errata request.
  4. Include your username and password.
  5. Click on Reject Errata.
