Blocking a user from being assigned multiple roles in a workflow

It is now possible to configure your settings in the Documents module to ensure that one user cannot be assigned more than one role in a Document workflow.

The default setting will always be to allow a user to be selected for more than one role, but if you prefer this can be turned off by an Administrator.

Audit Trail

Enhancements have been made to the Audit Trail in the Document module to ensure all updates made to a document workflow include sufficient detail.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times make it possible to define a specific turnaround time for each Document workflow status. Turnaround times are enabled on module level but it can be configured that it is possible to customize the turnaround times on Document Type and even Document level. 

Approvers & QA can choose which status they reject the Document back to

When rejecting a Document, it is now possible for Approvers and QAs to select which specific status they wish to reject the Document back to and they will also be able to reject it all the way back to Draft. 

Linking Documents to Contacts / Products & Services

When creating a new Document or Document Type or editing an existing one, it is now possible, from the Document settings, to link the Document to the Contacts or Products & Services you have in the system. It is also possible to filter by Contacts or Products & Services in the Document Listing Page.

Upload files to the files Tab

It is now possible to upload files directly to the files tab in the Document Details Tab.

Remark optional

When setting a Document to Published, it is no longer mandatory to add a remark.

Document ID added to the print log info

The print information variable ${print_information} will now also include the Document ID.
