It is possible for administrators to configure your settings to ensure that one user cannot be assigned to more than one role in a Document workflow.
The default setting will always be to allow a user to be selected for more than one role.
This enforcement also applies when transferring ongoing items between users, Scilife now automatically detects and blocks transfers that would result in role duplication.
To update this setting:
- Go to Documents > Module Settings
- Select the General tab
- Scroll down to Actions for Admins
- Toggle on allows users to be selected for multiple roles in a workflow OR Toggle off (greyed out) prevents users to be selected for multiple roles in a workflow
- Save your changes
