Adding Products & Services and/or Contacts to a Document Type

  1. Go to Documents > Document Types
  2. Click on the New + icon to create a new Document Type.
  3. Select your Product & Services (multiples are allowed) as pre-defined in Scilife Settings.
  4. Select your Contacts (multiples are allowed) as pre-defined in Scilife Settings.
  5. Toggle on/off the allow to override options (if you would like the ability for users to update at a later stage and at a Document level.
  6. Save your changes.

Once a Document is created the Products & Services and Contacts added to a Document can be seen in the Document info tab:
 
 
 Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users
