Retraining is triggered by an update to the Training and/or when the retraining period has been reached.
If a Training is updated, for example by adding or updating the training materials all relevant users will be notified automatically by email and be asked to retrain on the updated/ new material only, (not the whole training). The training will also show in the user's dashboard as an item and an action required.
When the retraining period has been reached, regardless of any interim retraining, all relevant users will be notified that they need to retrain on the training in full.
The retraining period is defined by a number of months and is based on the last retraining start date or training start date (whichever is the most recent).
It is also possible to set users to retrain manually if required.
