Retraining is triggered by an update to the Training and/or when the maximum retraining period has been reached.
If Training is updated, for example by adding or updating the training materials all relevant users will be notified automatically by email and be asked to retrain.
When the maximum retraining period has been reached, regardless of any interim retraining, all relevant users will be notified that they need to retrain.
It is also possible to set users to retrain manually if required.
