Setting Users to retrain

  • Updated

The goal of this article is to help you in requesting Users to retrain on specific Trainings or Training Materials.

Due to a number of reasons, if you need to ask a User to retrain before the scheduled retraining date or even if you only need a said User to refresh their knowledge in a specific material after an incident. You can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go to Trainings > Trainings.
  2. Use the Filters and/or Seach field to find the Training you wish to edit.
  3. Click on the Title of the Training.

It's very important to note that for you to be able to Require Retraining the User must have already completed all the Training Materials once.

Once you have clicked on Apply, you will be prompted with this pop-up and this is how you should proceed:

  1. Leave the 'Reopen Entire Training' box checked if you want the User to go through all the training material again.
  2. Provide a Reason for retraining.
  3. Sign off.

Alternatively, you might want to only retrain the User in a specific Material:

  1. Uncheck the Reopen Entire Training.
  2. Provide a Reason for retraining.
  3. Choose which Training Material the User will need to retrain on.
  4. Sign off.
