Roles in Audit Types

Each Audit Type in Scilife has 3 different roles : Lead Auditor, Additional Auditor and Host.

This guide outlines which roles per audit type are a Scilife User/ External/ whether multiples are allowed and also which Scilife permission role can be assigned to an Audit Role depending on the Audit Type.

Outgoing:

  • Lead Auditor
    • Scilife User
    • Only 1 permitted
    • Can be Admin / Manager / Regular User
  • Additional Auditor
    • Scilife user
    • Multiple Additional Auditors can be added
    • Can be Admin / Manager / Regular User
  • Host
    • External to system
    • Multiple Hosts can be added

 

Incoming:

  • Lead Auditor

  • Additional Auditor

    • Multiple Additional Auditors can be added
  • Host
    • Scilife user
    • Multiple Hosts can be added
    • Can be Admin / Manager / Regular User

 

Internal:

    • Can be Admin / Manager / Regular User
  • Additional Auditor
    • Scilife user
    • Multiple Additional Auditors can be added
    • Can be Admin / Manager / Regular User
  • Host
    • Scilife user
    • Multiple Hosts can be added
    • Can be Admin / Manager / Regular User

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users
  Please note: The Allowed to be QA Person toggle needs to be switched on at user level for Managers and Regular Users in order for users with those permissions to be able to add findings to an audit, even if they have a role in the audit.
