If a User is set to Deactivated and they have ongoing Trainings, training reminders will be paused.
Once the user is set to Active again their Trainings may show as overdue depending on the length of time they have been deactivated in the system.
To prevent the trainings from showing as overdue we would recommend the user's trainings to be set to manually require retraining on reactivation of the user.
Please bear in mind that manually setting a user to require retraining can only be performed by Administrators and Training Coordinators.
