How do I add more file types in Scilife?

If you are having problems uploading files to Scilife it may be because the file type you want to upload has not been configured.

How to add more file types 

  1. Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
  2. Go to File Config.
  3. See the file types that are included in the Allowed Files field and add the ones that are missing.
  4. Save.

  Relevant for: Administrators.  
  Please note: When adding new file types separate file extensions with a comma (,); i.e.: .csv,.xls,.xlsx,.txt,.doc,.docx, pdf.
