An effectiveness check can be added to a Change Request or CAPA by the QA role in a Change Request/ CAPA when it is in the Under Signing by QA status.
If a user has an effectiveness check to carry out or an effectiveness check to approve they will be able to see this on their dashboard under Pending Tasks and also in their calendar on the same page.
Furthermore, automatic notifications will alert the Responsible Users 5 days and 1 day before an Effectiveness Check is due.
