When you first print or reconcile in an environment via the Virtual Printer a URL will be requested via a pop-up:
Enter the URL for the environment in which you require to do the print or reconciliation.
If at any point you need to change the URL as you are working in a different environment, perhaps you are testing or validating, then you will need to change the URL.
To do this you will need to forcibly log out of an MSI session and then when you log back in it will ask for the URL again. (You may need to log in to the MSI as usual and then log out first.)
Once successfully logged out of any current MSI session go to the environment in which you require to use the Print & Reconciliation tool and log in via the MSI this will prompt the Scilife URL pop-up in which you can enter the URL for the environment that you are currently using.
Please ensure that you when you log in to the MSI it is a valid username and password for the environment that the MSI is currently assigned to.
For example, if I have a username of 123@scilife for all accounts but unique passwords for different environments then on logging in a user should be mindful to use the password of whichever environment they set up the MSI to log prints to.
