Who can close Audit Findings?

  • Updated

In any type of audit (Incoming/ Outgoing/ Internal) it is only the Responsible User(s), as defined when creating an Audit Finding, that can close an audit finding.

The Responsible Person(s) must be a Scilife system user.

It is also possible to select multiple Responsible Persons per finding.

If an audit has findings, the Responsible Users can be viewed from the Findings tab:

It is important to note that whether or not an audit finding can be closed will depend on the status of the audit and which statuses have been defined as permissible from the preconfigured Module Settings

An Audit cannot be Closed unless all findings have been closed.

Equally new audit findings cannot be added at the Closed status of an audit.
