You may have noticed a Service Desk user in your user listing page, the Service Desk user is there to allow the Scilife Support Team access to all your environments.
This will allow the support team to provide assistance to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This user is not billable and will be visible in all your Scilife environments.
Your environment will only be accessed if a ticket is raised on the Service Desk (or similar), that requires the support team to need to check your environment, as such we strongly recommend that you leave this user in place to continue with the current level of support that you have.
Should you decide to delete or deactivate this user then in the event of an incident (or similar) we will need to reach out to one of your system administrators and ask them to restore this user for a period of time whilst an investigation takes place.
If you have accidently deleted or deactivated this user it can be very easily restored.
