You may see a "Service Desk" user listed on your user page. This account enables the Scilife Support Team to access your environments when needed, ensuring prompt and efficient assistance.
Key points to note:
- Not Billable: This user is non-billable and appears in all your Scilife environments.
- Support will only access your environment when a Service Desk ticket or similar request requires it.
- To maintain seamless support, we strongly recommend keeping this user active, assigning it to all new groups created, and granting administrator permissions.
If Deleted or Deactivated:
- In case of an incident, we will need a system administrator to restore this user temporarily for investigation.
- If deleted accidentally, it can be easily restored.
This ensures uninterrupted support and swift resolution of issues.
