Can I use variables in my email templates?

 

Yes, it is possible to use variables in the email templates you create.

In order to do so, please follow the outlined steps:

  1. Go to Quality Process Designer > Designer.
  2. Go to Workflows.
  3. Select the workflow you wish to create an email template for.

 

On the Workflow Details Page:

  1. Click on the Workflow Config tab.
  2. Click on the Email Template tab.
  3. Click on the + icon.

 

In the Email Template section:

  1. Click on the + icon next to Workflow variables.
  2. Click on the + icon next to the set of variables that interests you.

    3. From the dropdown select the option of your choice and click on the + icon.

    4. Click on your selected option from the dropdown. The variable will be automatically added to the body of the email template.

    5. Click on Save&Next.
