In a few words, yes - it is possible to edit an email template.
To do so:
- Go to Quality Process Designer > Designer.
- Go to Workflows.
- Select the workflow you wish to edit an email template for.
On the Workflow Details Page:
- Click on the Workflow Config tab.
- Click on the Email Template tab.
- Click on the Edit icon.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click on Save&Next.
