What do the different symbols mean when configuring emails?

When configuring emails in the Email Config tab > Change statuses Email Configuration, you will find 4 different symbols.

Each symbol indicates different available functions:

1. Up arrow = Escalate to next status = An email is sent out when the status is moved forward in the workflow.
2. Down arrow = De-escalate to previous status = An email is sent out when the status is moved backward in the workflow.
3. Equal sign = Stay in the same status = An email is sent out because the status has remained unchanged.
4. Backward clock = Reopen status = An email is sent out because the workflow is reopened after closure.
