Other Email configuration are any other configurations that aren't related to a change in status.
- Go to Quality Process Designer > Designer.
- Go to Workflows.
- Select the Workflow you wish to configure emails for.
On the Workflow Details Page:
- Click on the Workflow Config tab.
- Click on the Email Config tab.
- Click on Other Email configuration.
For each action configure which role(s) should be notified (4) and select the email template (5):
Create= the roles selected will receive an email notification when an item is created.
Update= select the roles that should receive an email notification at which status update.
Delete= for each status configure the roles that will be notified of an item deletion. In this case, make sure to configure a deletion email template.
Restore= for each status configure the roles that will be notified when a Deleted Item is restored. Make sure to configure an email template to notify of an item restoration.
Status Due Date=
a. Bell icon = Status Due Date nearer= for each status select the role(s) who should receive an email notification when the Due Date is approaching. Make sure to add an email template for this notification.
b. Exclamation mark = Status Due Date is surpassed = for each status select the role(s) who should receive an email notification when the Due Date for that Status is surpassed. Make sure to add an email template for this notification.
Once you have set up the other email configurations, press Save&Next:
If you have configured a Subworkflow for the workflow you are working on, click on Subwork Email Config. There you will find the subworkflow:
To define email configurations for the subworkflow, you should follow the same steps as for a workflow.
