How do I define permission settings for a workflow?

Because the Quality Process Designer tool does not include Module Settings that would apply to the entire module, to define permission settings for a Workflow we should set them up per each Workflow we create.

To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Quality Process Designer > Designer.
  2. Go to Workflows.
  3. Click on the Workflow you are working on.

 

On the Workflow Details Page:

  1. Click on the Workflow Config tab.
  2. Click on the Permissions tab.

You will find that there are two different sections

a)  Change Status Permissions. These can only be edited at Draft status.

b) Other Permissions. These can be edited at Draft and Published status, too.
