When you are setting up a Workflow and you are configuring values for each status of this Workflow, depending on the status you are configuring there can be multiple Possible Forward Statuses as well as multiple Possible Backward Statuses.
To define which status the workflow should be moved to, it is possible to work with the Skip Status Conditionally functionality.
By turning the Skip Status Conditionally ON, you can define a conditional skipping of statuses based on the value entered in a sign-off Form.
For instance, in the CAPA workflow, the Effectiveness Check Pending status can be skipped depending on whether the selected value for Effective Check Required is Yes or No:
In other words, the CAPA should be pushed to Effectiveness Check status only if we select YES when we are asked if Effectiveness Check is required.
If we select NO, then the Effectiveness Check status will be skipped.
