When we are configuring a new Workflow we need to ensure that its different statuses are linked together.
Given that in the Scilife application all workflows are linear, i.e., they can only be pushed ahead or back, it is important to configure Possible Forward Statuses and Possible Backward Statuses when configuring the values for a status in the workflow.
For example, if you are creating a CAPA workflow and you need to configure the values for Approve Implementation status, you need to define Possible Forward Statuses, e.g. Implementing, and Possible Backward Statuses, e.g. Draft:
Having said that, the Approval Form corresponds to Forward Status in the same way the Rejection Form corresponds to Backward Status.
