When you are filling out the Risk Register on your FMEA spreadsheet in your Risk Assessment, it is possible to add as many Risks as you see suitable.
To do so you simply have to click on the green + icon on the left of the spreadsheet:
However, before inserting an additional Risk to the table, please make sure to have inserted a first one, e.g.:
Should you try to add more Risks without having added a first one, you will receive the following error notification: 'Please enter risk in previous row'
