One of the main differences between Linked and Standalone Risk Assessments is that a Standalone Risk Assessment can be Force Reviewed, while Linked Risk Assessments cannot.
In order for a Standalone Risk Assessment to be set to Obsolete, this has to be in Done Status first.
In the status button, you will notice a downward arrow.
To set the Standalone Risk Assessment to Obsolete, follow the outlined steps:
1. Click on the Status button.
2. Click on Set to Obsolete.
3. Insert your Username.
4. Insert your Password.
5. Press on Sign.
Once you have signed off, the Risk Assessment will be in Obsolete status.
Please bear in mind that, unlike with Documents, a Risk Assessment that's in Obsolete status cannot be reopened.
