One of the main differences between Linked and Standalone Risk Assessments is that a Standalone Risk Assessment can be Force Reviewed, while Linked Risk Assessments cannot.
In order for a Standalone Risk Assessment to be Force Reviewed, this has to be in Done Status first.
In the status button, you will notice a downward arrow.
To Force Review the Standalone Risk Assessment, follow the outlined steps:
1. Click on the Status button.
2. Click on Force Review.
3. Insert your Password.
4. Press on Sign.
Once you have signed off, the Risk Assessment will be reverted to Draft status and its version will have decreased by 0.1.
