How to configure the Workflow of your Subworkflow

  1. Go to Quality Process Designer > Designer
  2. Select Subworkflow
  3. Select Workflow Config
  4. Stay on the Workflow tab
  5. Click on title or paper icon in the Main Form to see the Fields added
  6. In the overview of statuses added you have the following options:
    • You can drag & drop to reorder the statuses
    • Use the up and down arrows to reorder the statuses
    • View the roles assigned to the statuses
    • Check if any approval/ rejection forms have been added
  7. Use the plus icon to add another status
  8. Use the minus icon to remove a status
  9. Click on the cog icon to open up a settings pop up
  10. Toggle on/off a Turn Around Time
  11. Toggle on/off Due Date Email Notification Threshold
  12. Add/ remove Possible Forward Statuses
  13. Add/ remove an Approval Form
