How to create a subworkflow

Before creating a Subworkflow you have to have already created your Statuses, and Forms.

A Subworkflow has to be Published in order for you to add it to a Workflow.

  1. Go to Quality Process Designer > Designer.

  2. Select Subworkflows from the dropdown.
  3. Click on the New + icon.
  4. Give your Subworkflow a title.
  5. Select at least 2 statuses (already preconfigured).
  6. Select the Scilife system roles you would like to have in this Subworkflow.
  7. Add in the main Form that you have already created.
  8. Add in a Prefix and Scilife will then generate a correlative number and assign to the prefix.
  9. Save.
