How to create a Form in QPD

  • Updated
  1. Go to Quality Process Designer > Designer.

  2. Select Forms from the dropdown.
  3. Click on the New + icon.

  4. Complete the Basic Details of your Form.
  5. Click on Next to go to Form Configuration.
  6. Reorder your Fields, if necessary and configure your form as required.  (Please note it is not possible to re order Groups or Field Types.)
  7. Add Triggers, if required.
  8. Save.
