Go to Quality Process Designer > Designer.
- Select Fields from the dropdown.

Click on the New + icon.
- Give the Field label a name.
- Toggle on Field Set.
- Provide a Hint Text, if necessary.
- Select the already created Fields that you would like to group to create your Field Set.
- Use the + icon to keep adding.
- Decide if the Field Set should be Repetitive.
- Save.
