How to create Dropdown Field Types in QPD

  1. Go to Quality Process Designer > Designer.

  2. Select Fields from the dropdown.
  3. Click on the New + icon.

  4. Configure mandatory fields as described in How to create a Field in QPD, then Select Dropdwon from the Field Type dropdown.
  5. Add Label.
  6. Add Value.
  7. Add/ Remove Labels & Values.
  8. Select Numeric or Text.
  9. Toggle on/ off Another Value Allowed for this Field Type.
  10. Toggle on/ off Multi Select Allowed for this Field Type (if you have already toggled on Another Value Allowed), and complete the selection.
  11. Toggle on/ off Mandatory for this Field Type.
  12. Toggle on/ off Unique for this Field Type.
  13. Save.
