Who can reopen a CAPA?
Administrators
Administrators can reopen a CAPA both when they have 'Allowed to be QA person' ON and OFF, and regardless of having a role in the CAPA.
Managers
Managers can reopen a CAPA both when they have 'Allowed to be QA person' ON and OFF, and regardless of having a role in the CAPA.
Regular Users
Regular Users can reopen a CAPA if they have 'Allowed to be QA person' turned ON, and regardless of having a role in the CAPA.
However, Regular Users with 'Allowed to be QA person' OFF are not allowed to reopen a CAPA in which they have no role.
How to reopen a CAPA?
To reopen a CAPA you first need to enable this option in Module Settings.
- Go to CAPAs > Module Settings.
- Click on General.
- Toggle the corresponding switch ON.
- Click on Save.
With this option turned ON, you should be able to reopen a Closed CAPA if you have one of the roles and settings mentioned above.
While on the CAPA details page, you can click over the Closed status to see the Reopen CAPA option.
