- Go to Competences > CV Fields.
- Select the Fields tab.
- Click on the New + icon.
- Give your Field label a name.
- Add your Field to a Group, if relevant.
- From the dropdown select Dropdown, and toggle on/ off the dropdown options.
- Add your dropdown Label name.
- Add an additional label.
- Remove a label.
- Make Mandatory, if necessary.
- Save & New to add multiples or Save.
