How do I set an Equipment maintenance task to pending approval?

To move an equipment maintenance task from open to pending approval:

  1. Go to Equipment > Equipment.
  2. From your chosen equipment, select the Maintenance tab.
  3. Select Action from your Open maintenance task.
  4. Set to Pending.
  5. Add username and password.
  6. Update Maintenance closure date.
  7. Update Remarks.
  8. Save.

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users
  Please note: Set to Pending is only an option if Equipment > Module Settings > Signature Settings > Maintenance sign off by QA: ON
