What should I do if I see the message "Document version not saved. Please check shortly or contact admin"?

If you receive the following message when trying to Publish a document 'Document version not saved.  Please check shortly or contact Admin'.

1. Please wait a moment & refresh the page.
2. If you have waited & refreshed and the document still has this message then, use the click here function in the blue text box to generate the pdf.
3. Once the pdf has been generated you should be able to Publish your document.

Please note that your actions will present themselves in the Audit Trail as shown below.

More specifically, in the user column, the Audit Trail will display the name of the user who triggered the action.

This option is only available to admins or those that have a role within the document.
