There are two ways to create a new Client / Vendor / Contact.
You can set up all your Clients / Vendors / Contacts in advance from the listing page, and here you can also edit or delete as you wish.
- Go to Scilife Settings.
- Select Clients / Vendors / Contacts.
- Click on the New + icon.
In addition, you can add a new Client / Vendor / Contact from the creation forms of Events, CAPAs, Change Requests, Audits, and also Qualifications (see screenshot below). This is particularly useful if you notice the Company you require isn't already on your list.
Administrators will always have this option, and for Managers and Regular Users it will depend on the system permission settings.
- Complete all mandatory fields, and fields you require. In order for Clients / Vendors / Contacts to show up correctly in all the available dropdowns throughout Scilife, we recommend that you always fill out the Contact Type field.
- Save.
