You can only link CAPAs and Change Requests to a Qualification if the Qualification is under one of the following statuses: upon creation of the Qualification in the Create Qualification Form and Under Qualification.
Linking a CAPA/Change Request to a Qualification
- Go to Supplier Management > Qualifications.
- Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the Qualification you wish to edit.
- Once you have found the Qualification, click on the Actions button.
- Click on Edit.
In the Qualification form:
- Scroll down and find the CAPAs/Change Requests field. Select the CAPA/Change Request you would like to link to the Qualification. You can link multiple if needed.
- Click on Save.
Alternatively, you can link CAPAs/Change Requests from the Qualifications Details Page.
Click on the Edit Button.
- Scroll down and find the CAPAs/Change Requests field. Select the CAPA/Change Request you would like to link to the Qualification. You can link multiple if needed.
- Click on Save.
How to check linked CAPAs/Change Requests
You will find the Linked CAPAs/Change Requests in the relevant tabs of the Qualification Details Page. In order to access this information:
- Go to Supplier Management > Qualifications.
- Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the Qualification you wish to view.
- Click on the ID or Title to open the Qualification Details Page.
On the Qualification Details Page:
- Click on the CAPAs/Change Requests Tab to see all linked CAPAs/Change Requests.
