Who can reject a Qualification?

A Qualification can be rejected in different statuses of its workflow, hence the person allowed to reject it will depend on the status.

Under Qualification

While a Qualification is in Under Qualification status, only the Responsible Person can reject it. To do this, the Responsible Person should do the following from the Qualification Details Page:

1. Click on Under Qualification
2. Select Set to Rejected

Audit Required

While a Qualification is in Audit Required status, only QA can reject it. To do this, QA should do the following from the Qualification Details Page:

1. Click on Audit Required
2. Select Set to Rejected

Under Signing by QA

While a Qualification is in Under Signing by QA status, only QA can reject it. QA should do the following from the Qualification Details Page:

1. Click on Under Signing by QA
2. Select Set to Rejected
