What is the Permission Flow Function in Audits?

The Permission Flow allows you to easily identify the various activities that the different users can carry out within each status of your Audit.

  1. Select More from the tab.
  2. From the dropdown select Permission Flow.
  3. Select the user you want to view.

 

As an example I have selected Creator.  Here you can see the various activities within each status that the Creator can carry out:

 

 

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users
