If the user selection criteria is switched OFF only the users from the Groups that you have specified when setting up your Audit will be able to participate in the Audit.
Once the user selection criteria is switched ON any user assigned in the system will be able to participate in the Audit or be assigned a role in the Audit.
- Go to Audits > Module Settings.
- Select General.
- Toggle on/off as required.
