Can I Clone a Form?

Forms can be cloned, this is particularly useful if you would like to replicate a specific form or create a new form that is very similar to an existing one.

 

Who Can Clone a Form?

Only Managers and Administrators can clone a form.

 

Cloning a Form

  1. Go to the Forms Listing Page by clicking on Forms under the Records section.
  2. Select the Form that you would like to clone.
  3. Once you have selected the Form you would like to clone, click on the clone button.
  4. Edit the Basic Details as required, paying particular attention to the ID Prefix as this is a mandatory field.
  5. Then click on Next or select Form Configuration to update your configuration settings.
  6. Update Form Configuration as required and then Save your clone.
