What is a Training Plan?
The purpose of a Training Plan is to group together different trainings that belong to the same group(s). If a training requires the completion of several different trainings, these can be grouped together and ordered systematically with this functionality.
What is a Training Plan Category?
In order to create a Training Plan, we must first create a Training Plan Category. This way we can categorize trainings as well as assign them to the designated groups.
How to Create a Training Plan Category
Administrators, Managers, and Training Coordinators can create a Training Plan Category.
1) Access the Trainings module and select the Training Plan Categories tab
2) Click on the New + icon
3) Select the relevant group(s)
4) Insert the category title
5) Press save
How to Create a Training Plan
Once each training you would like to include is set up in the system, you can go ahead and create a Training Plan. Please see this article for more information on how to create a training.
1) Click on Training Plans
2) Click on the New + icon
3) Select Training Plan Category
4) Select Group(s)
5) Give the Training Plan a Title
6) Select the Trainings you wish to add
7) Click on the arrows to order the trainings with the drag and drop functionality
8) Press Save
