The Elapsed Days filter is reflected per section for each available Tab in your KPI Module. The goal of this article is to help you understand how to use this filter.
What are Elapsed Days in the KPI Module?
Elapsed Days refer to the number of completed days that a certain item spent in each specific status.
How to use the Elapsed Days filter?
- Open the Filters menu by clicking on the highlighted icon.
- Write the number of Elapsed Days you wish to see.
In order to see the results, you need to scroll down to the Average Elapsed Days Per Status chart:
Here you will see all items and their correspondent statuses that had the same number of Elapsed Days that you have searched for or greater than.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
Please note: This filter works in the same way across all different tabs of the KPI Module. To always have a more up-to-date report, please ensure that you have Refreshed Current Sheet/All Sheets recently, you can find this button at the bottom of your screen.
