Page by page reconciliation

  • Updated

Within the platform you can reconcile documents on page level by scanning the unique numeric barcodes on every single page of the printout or by entering the numbers manually in the text field:

As soon as you start the reconciliation process, a report will appear containing valuable details:

It is not necessary to complete the reconciliation at one time nor to start from the first page. You can easily stop and start reconciling at a later stage or start to scan the middle/last pages first, as the system keeps track of the missing pages per document.
As long as the printout of a document is not fully reconciled, it will have the status Not Reconciled or Partly Reconciled.

The missing pages will automatically pop-up under the tab 'Reconciliation Issues' on the details page of the printout where you can add comments by hovering over the print number and clicking on the comments button

Comments can be used to provide a reason (e.g. liquid spilled over the page) why a document is missing in order to complete the reconciliation process.

Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
  Please note:
  • The document should have been printed through the virtual printer of Scilife. Otherwise, the printouts are not logged within the platform and you will not be able to reconcile them.
  • The numeric barcode holds a minimum of ten numbers.
  • Read-Only Users cannot reconcile printouts.
