Yes, you will be able to Clone a Change Request in any status of the workflow. This functionality is particularly useful when needing to create several Change Requests that are similar in contents and where many Tasks shall be configured.
How can I clone a Change Request?
From within the Change Request Details page, you can simply click on the "Clone" icon, indicated below:
This action will generate a new Change Request Form Page, with all the same information present in the original Change Request. You will be able to include and perform any necessary changes before saving it and officially creating a new Change Request.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
Please note: Automatically, the new Change Request is created with "COPY" added to the beginning of the Title. Remember to change it to the most appropriate title.
