User Functions are essential for assigning Trainings to the right Users.
Assigning User Functions to a User
- Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
- Go to Users.
- Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the User you wish to edit.
- Click on the Actions button of the User you will assign a User Function to.
- Click on Edit.
On the User form page:
- Click on the User Functions & Trainings tab.
- Scroll down and find the User Functions section.
- Select the desired User Functions you wish to add to the User.
- Click on Save.
Assigning User Functions in bulk to more Users
If you need to assign a User Function in bulk to multiple Users you can do so by following these steps:
- Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
- Go to Users.
- Select the Users that need to be assigned to a new User Function.
- Select Assign to User Function.
- Click on Apply.
Once the Assign To User Function(s) window opens:
6. Click on the form to select the desired User Function(s).
7. Click on Save.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
Please note: Managers and Regular Users will only be able to assign User Functions to Users if they have been configured to be allowed to create/edit/delete users in MANAGE > Scilife Settings > Permission Settings.
