Removing User Functions from a User
- Go to Manage > Users.
- Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the User you wish to edit.
- Click on the Edit icon of the User you want to remove a User Function from.
On the User form page:
- Scroll down and find the User Functions section.
- Click on the X icon of the desired User Functions you wish to remove from the User to have it deleted from the list.
- Click on Save.
Removing User Functions in bulk from more Users
If you need to remove a User Function in bulk to multiple Users you can do so by:
- Going to Manage > Users.
- Select the Users that need to have a User Function deleted.
- Select Remove From User Function(s).
- Click on Apply.
Once the Remove From User Function(s) window opens:
- Click on the form to select the desired User Function(s) you wish to remove from these Users.
- Click on Save.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
Please note: Managers and Regular Users will only be able to remove User Functions from Users if they have been configured to be allowed to create/edit/delete users in Manage > Permission Settings.
