How can User Functions be removed from a User?

Removing User Functions from a User 

  1. Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
  2. Go to Users.
  3. Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the User you wish to edit.
  4. Click on the Actions button of the User you want to remove a User Function from.
  5. Click on Edit.

On the User form page:

  1. Click on the User Functions & Tranings tab.
  2. Find the User Functions section.
  3. Click on the X icon of the desired User Functions you wish to remove from the User to have it deleted from the list.
  4. Click on Save.

Removing User Functions in bulk from more Users

If you need to remove a User Function in bulk to multiple Users you can do so by:

  1. Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
  2. Go to Users.
  3. Select the Users that need to have a User Function deleted.
  4. Select Remove From User Function(s).
  5. Click on Apply.

Once the Remove From User Function(s) window opens:

     6. Click on the form to select the desired User Function(s) you wish to remove from these Users.

     7. Click on Save.

Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
  Please note: Managers and Regular Users will only be able to remove User Functions from Users if they have been configured to be allowed to create/edit/delete users in MANAGE > Scilife Settings > Permission Settings.
