Can I link an Equipment to an Event?

You can only link Events to Equipment if the said Event is in the Under Investigation status.

Linking an Event to an Equipment

1. Go to Events > Events.
2. Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the Event you wish to edit.
3. Click on the Actions button of the Event you want to link to an Equipment.
4. Click on Edit.

On the Event editing page:

1. Find the Equipment field and select the Equipment you wish to link to this Event.
2. Click on Save.

How to check linked Equipment

1. Go to Events > Events.
2. Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the Event you wish to view.
3. Click on the ID or Title to open the Event details page.

On the Event details page

1. Click on the Equipments Tab. The linked Equipment will be listed here. If you cannot find the Equipment straightaway, click on More and you will find it there.

How do I check how many Events an Equipment is linked to?

1. Go to Equipment > Equipment.
2. Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the Equipment you wish to view.
3. Click on the ID or Title to open the Equipment details page.

On the Equipment Details Page
